Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham made an important announcement on April 14, 2020, upon the extension of lockdown in the country. The last date to apply for the exam is April 30, 2020, and slot booking will be in May. Candidates can fill the online forms at AEEE is a national level examination, held for admission in B.Tech courses offered by 5 campuses of Amrita University. 10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for AEEE 2020.

AEEE 2020: Application Form

The AEEE 2020 can fill AEEE application form online and offline. The online application forms are released on, whereas, offline application can be collected from the campuses of the University.

AEEE 2020: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can read below the eligibility criteria before they apply for AEEE 2020 for admission in Amrita University:

  • 10+2 pass from any authorized board with 60% aggregate score in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.
  • 55% is the minimum marks for each subject.

Age Limit: Candidates should be born on or after July 01, 1999.

AEEE 2020: Amrita Slot Booking
Candidates who are appearing for AEEE 2020 CBT  have to choose their examination slots. Amrita University is conducting AEEE 2020 as a computer-based test on 5 days with 3 slots on each day, and on 1 day in 1 slot as pen and paper-based test. Slot booking is done in a first come first serve basis. The University takes the entrance on 5 different dates with 3 slots on each date. There is a total of 15 slots of CBT conducted by Amrita University.

Who can book the slots: The candidates who have applied for CBT mode of AEEE 2020 before the deadline of the application form submission.
How to book the slots: Use application number/email if or date of birth to login and book slots.
The slot booking is done for the papers which are conducted in the online mode. Check the steps given below to do slot booking for AEEE 2020.

Step 1: Go to >> Admissions / B.Tech 2020. Note that the slot booking process has to be carried out for 2 exams – engineering, and B.Sc Hons Agriculture, so select the exam name after checking it.

Step 2: Then locate and click the login link or Amrita slot booking 2020 link.

Step 3: Then, enter your email id and password and click on the ‘login’ button.

Step 4: After logging in, select the test centers according to your choice and save the choice by clicking on the continue button.

Step 5: Now, select the test date from the available choices and click on the continue button to save the exam date.

Step 6: After selecting the date, select the test time from the available slots and then, save the choices.

Step 7: Next, download the admit card that appears on your screen.

AEEE 2020: About and Result
Amrita University conducts Amrita University Engineering Entrance Exams(AEEE)  for the students who want to pursue B.Tech and B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture. The entrance exam is conducted in the online and offline mode. AEEE has a total of 100 multiple-choice questions framed from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology. The total marks are 300. Each question carries 03 marks, and there is a negative marking of 01 marks in case of wrong answers.
After appearing in the AEEE 2020, the result is declared on the official website of Amrita University The counseling of the admission only takes place on the basis of the ranks secured in AEEE 2020. The results are available online only. To check the result the candidates have to log in using their Application number and date of birth. Thereafter the result appears on the screen. The candidates have to download the result and take its print. The candidates have to produce the print of the exam at the time of counseling.
