UPSEE 2020 examination will be conducted on May 10, 2020, by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University(AKTU). According to the information available on the official website of the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE), AKTU will declare the Online Availability of Admit Cards lately; meanwhile, the candidates can correct their Application forms till May 03, 2020. The candidates who have already submitted the UPSEE2020 examination form and tend to make some changes can visit the official website for the same.

The UPSEE 2020 exam delayed. AKTU was supposed to hold the exam for paper 1 to paper 8 on May 10, 2020. However, now the exam will not be held on the scheduled date. Although the official notice has not provided any reason behind the postponement, it is anticipated to be due to the COVID-19 situation, extended lockdown, and sealing off of zones with high intensity of coronavirus infected cases.

UPSEE 2020: Admit Card

UPSEE 2020 Admit Card will be released by AKTU after the completion of the registration process. The applicants can download their admit cards from the official site as per the schedule by entering their application number and password. After downloading the UPES 2020 Admit Cards, the candidates must take the printout of the same.

Candidates must note that they will be able to download the UPSEE 2020 exam hall ticket until May 10, 2020. However, candidates are advised to download the UPSEE admit card 2020 at the earliest.

If any candidate is unable to download the admit card, they should contact the helpline as indicated on the website upsee.nic.in or send an email to the mail address upsee.helpdesk@aktu.ac.in latest by April 30, 2020.

UPSEE 2020: Examination Pattern

  • The UPSEE 2020 examination will be conducted in the offline mode for a duration of three hours
  • Candidates will be required to answer objective type questions apart from the Drawing Aptitude Test.
  • The UPSEE question is available in both English and Hindi Language

UPSEE 2020: Result

The results of UPSEE are declared on the official website. To check the result, candidates have to use their login details like roll number and date of birth, and download the scorecard from upsee.nic.in.The results are based on the marks of the students, and a merit lift is drawn out. The candidates who score more are placed higher in the merit list. The candidates are then given a chance to appear in the counseling rounds as per their position in the merit list.

In case 2 or more candidates get the same rank, the below-given criteria is used for tie-breaking

  • Firstly, the percentage of incorrect answers given. A candidate having a lesser percentage of incorrect answers will be placed at higher merit.
  • Secondly, as per the table below:

  • If the tie is not resolved then by the application number, the lowest application number will be placed at higher in the merit.

UPSEE 2020: Cut Off

To be eligible for counseling and admission for UPSEE 2020, the candidates have to score a minimum percentage of marks to qualify, and the same is given below:
